The Immigration Laws in this country are unique in that the Secretary of State and the Home Office have the ability to change the Laws within a very short space of time. This results in frequent tweaks and amendments. Below is a live link from the UKBA website, for you to stay updated with the latest news from the Home Office. I appreciate that as a layperson it is almost impossible to keep up to date and interpret some of these changes, as they may be linked to decisions made by the High Court or European Court of Human Rights. I will endeavour to post on my blog some of the major changes and their implications. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you are affected by any of the updates or changes below.
