After consulting several immigration attorneys, we finally settled on Cross Border Legal as Tito totally understood my situation in regards to obtaining a Leave To Remain residence permit.
Tito had warned that the Home Office may deny my application but was prepared to file the appropriate appeal when required to do so.
Well, the Home Office denied me at first and ordered I go back to my home country to refile my visa thereby separating me from my wife and children based based here in the U.K.

Tito immediately filed an appeal and challenged the Home Office to consider my application. On court day, it took barely 15 minutes for the independent Judge to over-rule the Home Office’s initial denial and ordered them to grant me the Leave to Remain. A few weeks later, I received my Leave to Remain residence card today (Jan 27, 2019). I can now stay with my family.
Tito is an absolutely dedicated and straight forward attorney who genuinely has the interest of his clients at heart.

Dear Tito

Huge thank you for reuniting me with my mum. Mission accomplished ! She can now freely live in UK and I don't have to worry that at old age she would have to live abroad on her own . Somehow , from immigration point of view, parents from non-Eu countries are not a part of your family even though we can provide and comfort them as they grow older . Luckily , with your guidance impossible became a reality! Been to lawyers and barristers , but Tito - you are simply the best ! I I would highly reccomend you to anyone !

I came across Tito's website while looking for immigration help online, I was thinking about how hard it would be for me to come to the uk to finally be together with my boyfriend of 4 years. We had a first meeting on skype and he was very professional and knowledgeable, gave me and my boyfriend a lot of hope that it can be done, fast and easy with his help. So we took him on and did my first visa to go to the uk. Everything went smoothly, Tito talked us thru everything and pretty much took over the process for us. Thanks to his help I was able to get a pretty quick visa in a couple of weeks after submitting it. After that first visa, I had to do another one a few months later and it was the simplest task thanks to Tito's help. I now have a resident permit and I'm able to work. But most important, I am able to be with the man I love, my now husband. Thank you so much for everything Tito! we couldn't have done it without you!!
