I cannot thank Tito and his assistant Claudia enough for the work they did to secure me a residence card. My case was so complex and chances of it going through were at best minimal.
I had wasted lots of time i.e. close to years and resources on a barrister who wasn't too keen on my case and after three failures both on appeals and refusals, my mum and I had enough hence we decided to seek an alternative.
At the beginning of this year, a close friend of my mum referred us to Tito who despite the difficulties in our case told us that he could work on it even though we were all cautiously optimistic. My mum and I were so desperate for anything remotely positive
given that my life in this country had literally come to a standstill and things looked very bleak.
Tito a highly qualified and reputable immigration lawyer told me it was very important I supply him with every bit of evidence I had for him to effectively work on my case. He was there very step of the way ensuring that he updated me on the progress. His assistant, Claudia who is also an expert in European law gave us valuable advice on what kind of documents we need to submit.
After months of hard work of gathering crucial evidence and together a case, the home office decided to grant me residency. It is nothing short of a miracle but is also about letting the right people work on your case.

Hi Tito, we are finally in Uk thanks to you, living as a family. You are a star indeed. We had struggled in vain to acquire visas for me and my daughters so that we could join my husband who is British in Uk. It was not until we learnt about Tito on the internet and decided to try him. He handled our applications diligently because he has a high knowledge in immigration laws, he explained our situation in a letter to the home office proffessionally and we were granted our visas after being apart as a family for 27 months. I have contacted many solicitors in London and in Manchester. They all didn't give me hope and said I have to wait for 4 years at least (after 2020) for my application to be successful. Thank you for your advice and assistances.
I was away from my wife and two young children for over a year as my wife was working towards attaining my minimum spousal visa entry requirements.During this time Tito was always available either by phone or by email, even while he was on personal annual leave with his family.
