My husband and I live together in South Korea and knew nothing of the process or where to start to get my husband to the UK. He is American but I am too homesick to want to move there.
Tito helped us by guiding us through the process and checking on what documents we had and what we would need. The fees that we had to pay to Tito were extremely reasonable and thankfully we actually received a decision within 2 days of application! Recently Tito helped me bring my wife and step daughter to the UK through what was a very complicated and worrying process with the UKBA spouse visa process. We had strong time limits due to my wife being pregnant. I having been longing for this day - the day of the visa approval, so that I can write my testimonial about the amazing support Tito has given to me and my family. The story started when a family member died in a motorbike accident in Thailand nearly two years ago. He left behind a wife (Thai national) and two children (dual nationality). When I first started searching through the maze of confusing immigration facts to bring the family back to England I soon realised that we would need the support of an Immigration solicitor. The hard part was to find someone that could give me some advice to understand how we could get the family back to England. I spoke to 6 solicitors that were of no use, had no compassion or empathy and pretty much said that they didn't have the right to return to England as their right to remain in England had expired. I was pretty close to giving up but then I called Tito...he was kind, compassionate, showed empathy, and more importantly was very quick to identify the best way of getting them back to England based on his excellent knowledge and expertise of immigration law. Finding Tito on Facebook was a excellent discovery for my UK entry visa. I struggled to find a competent solicitor and I came across Tito. He talked us through all relevant documents needed and assured us, as long as we did as told our path would be smooth and we did exactly that and now I am a happy bunny ! After our initial settlement visa was refused we were very cautious about applying again.
