The Firm’s Origins
We are proud to say that Cross Border Legal Solicitors is now one of the leading immigration and human rights law specialists in the UK. Cross Border Legal Solicitors is the trading name for Cross Border Legal Solicitors Ltd, a limited company that is registered with Company House and regulated by the Solicitor Regulation Authority. Cross Border Legal started as the name of an online blog, with its Director Mr Tito Mbariti, a UK immigration Solicitor in England and Wales, providing free initial advice and publishing blog articles in an attempt to make immigration rules digestible to the public!
Mr. Mbariti is an SRA-regulated UK Human Rights Solicitor, who worked as an immigration and human rights consultant solicitor at Johl & Company Solicitors and has established a strong reputation in this field as one of the most determined immigration solicitors. Due to public demand and as a result of client referrals and testimonials, Cross Border Legal Solicitors Ltd was set up as niche boutique firm, dealing exclusively with immigration and human rights law. The ethos of the firm is to focus on the needs of the clients, who are often disadvantaged and vulnerable, or confused by the complexities of Immigration Law. Unlike many UK immigration solicitors, we only specialise in this area of law, in order to deliver the best possible service to our clients and to develop expertise in UK immigration law.
From our offices based in Leicester, we provide an efficient, friendly, reliable, transparent, affordable and professional UK immigration service. As a specialist immigration and human rights Solicitor firm, we provide legal advice concerning all UK immigration and human rights matters including: Applications by Family Members of British Citizens and Settled Persons, UK Work Visas, EU Law Applications, Long Residence Applications, Human Rights cases, British Citizenship Applications, Immigration Appeals, Administrative Reviews and Judicial Reviews against the UKBA.
We provide expert UK immigration services to clients of all nationalities from all over the world. Our past clients have included Americans, Canadians, Russians, Australians, New Zealanders, Turkish, Chinese, Filipinos, Kenyans, Nigerians, Algerians, Moroccans, Emirates, Japanese, Indians and Pakistanis. No matter where you are in the world, we can arrange a conference call with our UK human rights solicitor through a method which suits you.
Technology and Accessibility
We pride ourselves on our accessibility and our integration of technology to enable clients to interact with us, we use the following media platforms to conduct client consultations: Skype, FaceTime, Facebook, E-mail, and WhatsApp, and are also contactable by both landline and mobile telephones. For those clients living more locally, we are usually able to meet in person at our Leicester offices (please note that this is currently not possible due to government guidelines).
Fair and Transparent Fees
We offer a professional service with transparent fixed fees, agreed beforehand, and flexible payment terms for all of our clients. If you cannot afford to pay our fee in full at the time of your instructions, we are happy to accept a down-payment, with the balance to be paid via agreed instalments.
